RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

At Äriel Niräkära, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find our return/exchange policy. You have 14 days from the date of your order to return your item for a *refund. Please notify us of your return via email prior to shipping and include your order number written and included in the package marked return. To return your product for a refund/exchange, you will responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping a returned item, please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

All products must be in perfect, original condition, and with all original packaging in order to receive a refund/exchange. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved you will be refunded the total to your credit card or original form of payment. Please allow a period of up to 14 days for us to process your refund. 

*All ring resizes will incur a $60 resizing fee.

*All Gold jewelry returns/exchanges will incur a 30% restocking fee.

*Customers are responsible for all jewelry once in possession of the item(s).
